All our products are made of FSC® certified paper which are reusable and biodegradable.

MK Ecopack’s state of the art plant located at Vapi, Gujarat commissioned in Sept ’22. Equipped with flexo printing and bag making machines (details below).

Flexo Printing
3 Colour printing with in-line coating specifically designed for our requirement of e-commerce mailer bags. Capable of printing/coating 100,000 mtrs of 80-200 GSM paper per day.
Square Bottom Bag Making
Our fully automating 2 colour printing with folding and pasting machine has the capacity to produce 80,000-110,000 square bottom bags used as grocery/shopping bags per day.
Mailer Bag Making
Fully automatic mailer bag making machine can fold/paste to make 75,000-100,000 customized bags per day.
Honeycomb Paper
Our new-age honeycomb paper converting machine has the capacity to convert 40,000-50,000 mtrs of paper into honeycomb paper per day. Honeycomb paper is a sustainable/eco-friendly alternate to the conventional plastic bubble wrap.
Who will make the change to make packaging sustainable?
With a number of packaging solution companies like MK Ecopack making a foray into the existing bastion of unsustainable packaging, these companies are leading the battle against conventional packaging. Packaging solution providers are fighting against all odds to develop various alternatives that eliminate single use plastic packing material, increase the use of recycled paper with minimal use of energy.
MK Ecopack is primarily focused on eliminating the plastic courier bags, the usage of which has increased manifolds with the rise in e-commerce businesses. In their endeavour to develop a tamper proof plastic courier bags, majority of all plastic courier bags are single use by nature.
Another area of focus is conventional shopping bags. These for long period of time have been a major cause of concern for the environment, all efforts to eliminate this hazard have proven to be too little.
MK Ecopack is making an effort of its own to reduce the use of these bags with square bottom paper bags (with and without handle) and paper courier bags.
